SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Our services are entirely digital and non-physical. Completion times may vary depending on workload, but orders are typically fulfilled manually within 24–48 hours. No physical items will be shipped.

SECTION 5 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final if you receive the digital service. Refunds are only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Any issues with an order, including missing items, incomplete services, or errors, must be reported within 72 hours of fulfillment. After 72 hours, the order warranty ends and we are no longer responsible for corrections or replacements.
